MySignage lets you upload images and videos and play them on screens you link to your account through the MySignage web player, the MySignage Player apps or supported displays. We may change features over time; we will not remove a feature you pay for without notice.
The free plan includes the number of screens and storage shown on our pricing page, with no time limit. Paid plans are billed monthly per screen through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can change the number of screens or cancel at any time from your account; changes are prorated by Stripe. If a payment fails we notify you and keep your screens running for a reasonable period while you update your card. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.
You own what you upload and are responsible for having the rights to display it. You may not use MySignage for content that is illegal, infringes others' rights or is sexually explicit. We may remove such content and suspend the account.
Do not attempt to access other customers' data, overload the service, or reverse-engineer the player apps. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
We work to keep the service running 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Screens keep playing a local copy of your content during outages. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. The service is provided "as is".
You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that violate these terms or stay unpaid after notice. On closure we delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy.
