What hardware do I need?

Any TV with an HDMI port plus a Fire TV Stick or an Android TV box, or a smart TV with a web browser. Samsung commercial displays (Tizen) run the player with no extra hardware.

Does it work if the internet goes down?

Yes. The player keeps a copy of your content on the device and keeps looping. It picks up changes when the connection comes back.

Can I show different content at different times?

The standard panel runs one playlist in a loop. Schedules by day and hour, campaigns and audience groups are available on request; email us from the help center.

Is there a contract?

No. The free plan has no time limit. The Pro plan is month to month and you can cancel from your account.

Where is my data?

Your files are stored on our servers and served to your screens over HTTPS. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
